Watch out for Fraudlent H1N1 Claims
With everyone H1N1 crazy out there, I came across an article that discusses H1N1 fraudulent kill and treatment claims. I would encourage everyone to read the artcicle below and check out any product or service throughly before making any purchase.
Watch out for Fraudlent H1N1 Claims
Have a great day.
Tersano Attends Antimicrobial Workshop
At last month’s 9th Annual ISSA Antimicrobial Workshop in Arlington, Virginia the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced products registered to kill Influenza-A will be considered to be effective against this year’s H1N1 strain.
More specifically the EPA states that “…currently registered Influenza-A virus products will be effective against the 2009-H1N1 flu strain and other Influenza-A virus strains on hard, non-porous surfaces. For safe and effective use of these products, always follow label instructions for these products, paying special attention to the product’s dilution rate (if applicable) and contact time.”
According to the EPA, when ozone concentration in water is 0.3 parts per million or higher, it is considered to be equivalent to 50 parts per million of chlorine bleach in solution, and strong enough to work as a sanitizer. “The fact that our customers use the same Sen Safe Oxycheck verification system as many U.S health departments, means we can test to prove that lotus PRO ozone levels high enough to kill H1N1.” Says conference attendee and Tersano Microbiologist Mike Rup.
Several peer reviewed publications, including the American Journal of Infectious Control, have shown ozone to be an effective flu virus eliminator, as well as a powerful bacteria, mold and mildew killer.
Tersano’s lotus technology infuses tap water with ozone at concentrations between 1.5 and 2.0 ppm. Ozone concentrations can be easily tested using simple test strips manufactured by Industrial Test Systems Incorporated.
